This hot and melty Keto friendly buffalo chicken dip is delicious with pork rinds, cucumber slices, or just straight out of a bowl with a spoon. We like to make it to take to parties because it satisfies everyone who eats it, but ensures you have something to nosh on too!

Another party-pleaser, this dip is painfully easy to make and is a perfect way to get fat in if you struggle with eating enough fat on Keto.
Keto and Low Carb Main Dishes

This low carb chicken salad recipe is our favorite way to eat lunch and fill up on fat. You can make it in bulk and eat on it all week long.
