Easy Chicken Fried Rice with Egg

Fried rice for breakfast is both satisfying and comforting. Top it with an egg or two for extra protein for extra nutrition to start the day right.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Tai Pei Chicken Fried Rice
  • 2 Eggs Fried

Instructions

  1. Cook Tai Pei Chicken Fried Rice per package directions. Set aside. Heat skillet with oil and fry one or two eggs until whites are set and yolk is still runny. Transfer fried rice on a plate and top with fried eggs. Sit down and enjoy!
