As part of my Summer of Ice Pops series that I haven’t been keeping up with, and as part of a sponsored post with #CollectiveBias on behalf of their advertiser, I bring to you my most delicious antioxidant blueberry ice pop recipe to date! #SipandBeFit
OK you guys, I realize that I totally failed this summer with my Summer of Ice Pops series, but here’s the deal: I was traveling for over two weeks, then I had a friend in town for a few days, and then I was already out of the habit and I just didn’t think about it, so there’s the truth. Then a lucky thing happened! I was picking up some groceries and I caught sight of a juice I’d never seen before over near the Snapple Straight Up Tea, and it had the magic words, “ antioxidant infusions ” on it, and it’s name was bai5, and I had to have it for a popsicle recipe.
My mind started whirring and endless possibilities of ice pops made with Brasilia Blueberry Bai5 popped up in my head. I actually asked the kids if they wanted something creamy or juicy, and they all agreed that they wanted something lighter and more juicy, so of that thought, this Blueberry Ice Pop recipe was born.
We have all spent the summer trying to be healthier and spend more time hydrating our bodies. Sometimes with kids, that’s not easy, especially when they contain boundless energy and just kind of forget to slow down and drink during the day. You know what happens then, right? Bed time rolls around and they’re parched, so they drink 5 liters of water just before bed and then float away during the night. Using hydrating ingredients from the hydration aisle at your favorite store, I was able to come up with an ice pop that the kids love while sneakily hydrating them at the same time. I’m a genius, y’all.
The trouble with most ice pops made out of juice is that they’re like eating rocks. These have a secret ingredient that keep them soft enough to sink your teeth into, even when they’re frozen.

Fun! My daughter doesn’t like fruit; oddly she does like veggies though. These are a great way to sneak some fruit in while enjoying an after school snack in Arizona where it is still blazing hot outside! #client
