We’ve been eating a TON of fish around here, and I’ve got to admit: I’m becoming a little bored with it.
Tilapia is extremely inexpensive and it’s one of the few things that all of my kids and the picky Mr. Husband will eat without getting sick of it. I just feel like I get into this “lemon, salt, & pepper” rut with fish and I can’t get out. Well, this week, I’ve got new fish recipes frying up all over the place and this one has been my favorite so far.
Even my neighbor’s 1 year old daughter who just started eating “real food” ate an entire filet.
This dish was inspired by The Workaholic’s love of Fish Tacos and my lack of time to make the grain-free “taco” part of the taco. Taco.
