Today is good. We can totally handle today. As a matter of fact, I already did today and didn’t even realize it.

Diet: Create your own Primal dinner. Write the ingredients down and share them here for an extra entry into the RESOLUTION : Paleo giveaway! It must be an original recipe. MUST MUST MUST. I’ll be checking.
Exercise: Moderate Duration Aerobic Workout: GO 20-60 minutes at 55-70% of your maximum heart rate. I met a friend at the park today and we walked 3 miles. She wasn’t panting but I was, so my workout for the day is DONE. I realized today that I prefer working out in the morning. By the time Kyle gets home from work, I’m tapped out and just don’t have the motivation to do it.
Lifestyle – Work Peak Performance: Do your very best at work today. Write out a to-do list and tackle it head-on. For me that means stripping the beds; getting cloth diapers washed, dried, AND stuffed; cleaning the play room, AND starting dinner no later than 4:45. It might sound glamorous, but believe me. IT’S WORK!
Do not give in to stimulation. Learn to stay the course. This will leak into all areas of your life, including your freedom from food.
