Today, as a Banana Hammocks & Tutus community, we are starting Mark Sisson’s 21 Day Body Transformation. This is not intended to stress anyone out and ANYONE can join.
This transformation is SO easy and so UN-time-consuming that you can even do it if you work full time and are going to school.
Today is infinitely easy.
- Order your copy of Mark Sisson’s Primal Blueprint 21 Day Body Transformation if you haven’t yet done so.
- Purge your kitchen of foods that fall into the Standard American Diet. If it’s a grain, throw it out. If it’s a food “product”, toss it. If it has refined sugar in it, throw it away. For more information on the sort of things that you should be eating, check here.
- Go grocery shopping! If you don’t have time to do a full-out grocery shop, that’s fine. Just get the essentials like meat, veggies, fruit, nuts, and eggs.
- Increase your daily movement. I know you get a lunch break at work. Use it to go walking. Walk before you get home from work and use it as a time to unwind and relax before joining your family. Walk after you eat dinner and make it a family affair.
- Take pictures of yourself! I’m going to be posting before and after pictures of me in UNDIES on February 14 as my very special Valentine’s Day present to you all. 🙂 I want you to do the same. Sometimes it is hard to look in the mirror and see a different person but when you put photos side by side, the difference is noticeable. If you prefer to wear clothing, wear something tight so that we can really see a difference at the end of 3 weeks.
That’s it. Just walking today!
Make sure you have a place to do chinups (or to just hang since that’s what I’ll be doing) for later in the week. You don’t need a gym membership for what we’re about to do. You just need your home or office and a little gumption.
You guys can do this. Seriously.
