I realize that on the Keto diet or Low Carb High Fat diet it’s difficult to get all of the fat you need each day or find things that you REALLY want to eat on a pretty regular basis.
For me, one of those things has been this Buffalo Chicken Dip. I can’t get enough of it. I make one batch a week and try to space it out, but I inevitably run out before the end of the week.
This Buffalo Chicken Dip is great on top of chicken breasts, in scrambled eggs, on cucumber rounds, or just with a fork.
I first made it and put it on the blog for my son who has Celiac Disease and he uses it as a french fry dip, but you can use it to dip fresh veggies in, to top broccoli with, or seriously, just whatever. I hope you enjoy!
